Sue Soan is Faculty Director of Special Educational Needs and Inclusion and a Principal Lecturer at Canterbury Christ Church University, Kent. She has been a SENCO and now tutors on the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASC). She supports SENCOs and other school leaders to enhance their practice and to prepare for Ofsted.
