Ruth Snowden has a degree in psychology and for many years ran a complementary therapy practice involving dream work and pathworking. She has written many books about Freud and Jung, both of whom were deeply interested in dreams and symbolism. Ruth has a particular interest in the ancient links between the natural world, human culture and the psyche, which are reflected in dreams, synchronicities, myths and the paranormal.
