Description
These two new books, from the creators of the Day in the Life series and recent New York Times Bestseller America 24/7 pay special tribute to our furry four footed friends: one volume for cats, one for dogs. The books are culled from the photographs submitted by 2,500 professional photographers and tens of thousands of cat and dog lovers. The 2,000 photos finally selected for the book will serve as a national celebration of cats and dogs, taken in small towns and big cities, farms and suburbs, parks, back yards, and living rooms. The photographs will be complemented by captions (as in America 24/7) and the books will also each include six essays. The approach is direct, populist, proven successful, and utterly charming.
