Description
The dynamics of sensors is a difficult area for undergraduate students to grasp. For technical and economic reasons it is often impossible for them to gain this knowledge in laboratories. Now updated for use with Windows 98, this package is designed to overcome this problem by enabling students to experiment and learn using a PC. Each of the three parts consists of a manual, containing theory and exercises, and an accompanying disk providing a means for experimenting with models of sensors. The first part covers pressure sensor dynamics, the second looks at resistive temperature sensor dynamics, and the third examines acceleration, vibration and shock sensor dynamics.
