Description
The dynamics of sensors is a difficult area for undergraduate students to grasp. For technical and economic reasons it is often impossible for them to gain this knowledge in laboratories. Now updated for use with Windows 98, this package is part of a set of three designed to overcome this problem by enabling students to experiment and learn using a PC. This package consists of a manual, containing theory and exercises, and an accompanying disk providing a means for experimenting with models of sensors. Topics include the design and static characteristics of the potentiometric accelerometer, dynamic model of the seismic transducer, and step and frequency response of the seismic transducer.
