Bridging the Gender Gap in Digital Financial Inclusion

Puja Singhal is Assistant Professor at National Centre for School Leadership (NCSL), NIEPA, New Delhi. She is a gold medalist in Economics and has a Doctorate from the Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur (Rajasthan). She has also worked with V.V.Giri National Labor Institute (Ministry of Labor and Employment) and was involved in policy-oriented projects. Now she organizes workshops, training programs on gender and leadership at NCSL and works as a National Coordinator of five states of India. In 2015, she presented her paper at 4th European and International Conference for Learning Innovations and Quality (LINQ), at Brussels (Belgium). She has published extensively in the form of books, research papers, and articles in peer-reviewed and reputed academic journals, like Emerald, IGI Global, Inderscience, etc., and also received the best paper award twice. I, Dr. Rosy Kalra is Associate Professor in Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida, Having 22 years of teaching experience in Totality having expertise in Project Management, Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management, Bank Management, corporate Finance etc. My area of Ph.d was Analysis of Non performing Assets in commercial banks: a strategic perspective. I have written various research papers on Non performing assets management, credit ratings of the companies, analysis of capital market issues etc. i have authored books based on case studies on recent business practices in emerging markets: Business management cases and Recent Advances in Business development and Market strategy: Business Management cases. I am active member of Departmental Research committee and head of Finance club.
