Dr. Yashwant Singh is a Professor & Head of the Department of Computer Science & Information Technology at the Central University of Jammu where he has been a faculty member since 2017. Prior to this, he was at the Jaypee University of Information Technology for 10 Years. Yashwant completed his Ph.D. from Himachal Pradesh University Shimla, his Post Graduate study from Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh, and his undergraduate studies from SLIET Longowal. His research interests lie in the area of Internet of Things, Vulnerability Assessment of IoT and Embedded Devices, Wireless Sensor Networks, Secure and Energy Efficient Routing, ICS/SCADA Cyber Security, ranging from theory to design to implementation. He has collaborated actively with researchers in several other disciplines of computer science, particularly Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering. Yashwant has served on Thirty International Conference and Workshop Program Committees and served as the General Chair for PDGC-2014, ICRIC-2018, ICRIC-2019, ICRIC-2020, and ICRIC-2021. He currently serves as coordinator of Kalam Centre for Science and Technology (KCST), Computational Systems Security Vertical at Central University of Jammu established by DRDO. Yashwant has published more than 100 Research Papers in International Journals, International Conferences, and Book Chapters of repute that are indexed in SCI and SCOPUS. He has 2278 google scholar citations, i10-index 60 and h-index 25. He has Research Projects of worth Rs.1040.9413 Lakhs in his credit from DRDO and Rs. 12.19 Lakhs from NCW. He has guided 4 Ph.D., 24 M.Tech. students and guiding 4 PhDs and 5 M.Tech. He has visited 8 countries for his academic visits e.g. U.K., Germany, Poland, Chez Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Romania. He is Visiting Professor at Jan Wyzykowski University, Polkowice, Poland.
Dr. Francesco Benedetto is the Chair of IEEE Vehicular Technology Society (VTS) Italian Chapter and has been the Chair of the IEEE 1900.1 standard "Definitions and Concepts for Dynamic Spectrum Access: Terminology Relating to Emerging Wireless Networks, System Functionality, and Spectrum Management," since 2016. He has been the Leader of the WP 3.5 on "Development of Advanced GPR Data Processing Technique" of the European COST Action TU1208-Civil Engineering Applications of Ground Penetrating Radar. He is an Associate Editor of the IEEE Access Journal, an Editor of the IEEE SDN Newsletter, Associate Editor of the AEÜ - International Journal of Electronics and Communications (Elsevier), Editor in Chief of the international journal Recent Advances on Computer Science and Communications (Bentham), the General co-Chair of the IEEE 43rd International Conference on Telecommunications and Signal Processing (TSP 2020), the General Chair of the Series of International Workshops on Signal Processing for Secure Communications (SP4SC 2014, 2015, and 2016), and the Lead Guest Editor of the Special Issue on "Advanced Ground Penetrating Radar Signal Processing Techniques" for the Signal Processing Journal (Elsevier). He also served as a reviewer for several IEEE Transactions, IET Proceedings, EURASIP, and Elsevier journals, and a TPC Member for several IEEE international conferences and symposia in the same fields.
Dr. Pradeep Kumar Singh currently working as an Associate Professor at the department of Computer Science & Engineering in Central University of Jammu, J&K, India. He has completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Gautam Buddha University (State Government University), Greater Noida, UP, India. He received his M.Tech. (CSE) with Distinction from GGSIPU , New Delhi, & B.Tech. (CSE) from U.P. Technical University, Lucknow, India. Dr. Singh is a life membership of Computer Society of India (CSI), Life Member of IEI and promoted to a Senior Member Grade from CSI, IEEE and ACM. His research interests include; Data Science Technologies, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), Internet of Things (IoT) and Information Security. He is one of the Section Editor, Discover IoT, Springer Journal. He has published many research papers in various International Journals and Conferences of repute. Some of his SCI/ SCIE publications are in e.g., IEEE Access, Applied Intelligence, Multimedia Tools and Applications, and Computer Communications. He has total 205 articles in his Scopus account. He has authored and co- authored nearly 50 research papers in SCI/ SCIE Journals. He has a total google scholar citations of 4287 and h-index of 35 and i-10 index of 84. He has received three sponsored research projects grant from Govt. of India and Govt. of HP worth approximately Rs 25 Lakhs. He has edited many books from Springer and Elsevier. He has chaired more than 20 conferences as Technical Session Chair. He had delivered various invited talks during the FDPs, Workshop and National & International Conferences.
Dr. Maheshkumar H. Kolekar is working as Associate Professor in Department of Electrical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Patna, India. He received the Ph.D. degree in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in 2007. During 2008 to 2009, he was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with the Department of Computer Science, University of Missouri, Columbia, USA. During May to July 2017, he worked as DAAD fellow in Technical University Berlin where he worked in the research area EEG signal analysis using machine learning. His research interests are in the area of Digital Signal, Image and Video Processing, Video surveillance, Biomedical Signal Processing, Deep Learning. Recently, he has authored a book titled as "Intelligent Video Surveillance Systems: An Algorithmic Approach", CRC Press, Taylor and Francis Group, 2018. He has successfully completed R&D Project Sponsored by Principal Scientific Advisor to Govt of India on abnormal human activity recognition. He has 2371 google scholar citations with h-index 26, i-10 index 65.
