An attempt has been done to implement Kaizen practice in a process industry to increase the overall profit of the company. A steering committee has been formed to monitor the overall Kaizen initiation and implementation. Different projects are selected in the field of consumable cost by reducing the consumption of fuel and power; quality defect by reducing the defect of gauge variation and stickers marks; and increase the production of bottleneck production line.
