He has a Google Scholar H-index of 82 and has received more than 23,000 citations. Gagandeep Kaur
is Senior Associate Professor of Law at the School of Law, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, India. A Gold Medalist in both LL.B. and LL.M., she holds a Ph.D. in Law. With over eighteen years of academic experience, her expertise lies in cyber law, information technology law, cybercrime, digital evidence, and data protection. She has authored numerous books and 50+ research papers and actively contributes to national and international academic forums.
Jacinta Dsilva
is Research Director at SEE Institute, Dubai, UAE, and an accomplished researcher, strategist, and academic leader with over twenty years of experience across academia and industry.
