Anna Shuttlewood studied mural painting and fine arts at the National Academy of Arts in Bulgaria. Her murals can be seen across Europe, including in the National Library in Sofia, the Royal Hospital in Bath and the Bloom Hotel in Brussels. She has also turned her talents to children's illustration and designing greetings cards. She is represented by advocate art and has worked on illustrations for a variety of publishers, including HarperCollins, Paragon and QED.
