Author
Gaurav Shrivastava is an SAP S/4HANA professional who has been providing consulting expertise in the SAP sales and logistics domain for more than 10 years. He has been part of several SAP projects across various industries (e.g., life sciences, automotive, telecommunications, and oil and gas), and has accumulated rich SAP project management, consulting, and business process expertise. Gaurav has been involved in many SAP greenfield implementations, integration projects, and in-house SAP S/4HANA workshops. Most recently, he has led the SAP S/4HANA project solution team in the capacity of senior consultant and team lead at Deloitte.
Ujjval Kumar Total is an enterprise solution architect with 16 years of technical and functional expertise. He began working with sales early in his career, and has been closely involved in solutions involving the sales and distribution process cycles. During the onset of SAP S/4HANA, he helped strategize and create the SAP S/4HANA Center of Excellence division in Deloitte. He was recently the web ordering architect and lead for SAP S/4HANA 1511 and 1610 implementations at a life sciences organization.
