There are lots of misconceptions and incorrect assumptions about Black fathers, leading to unfair treatment and many times even discrimination. This book addresses an important and unique theme. It is designed to highlight the contributions of Black fathers and male role models in healthy child development. Despite the systemic barriers they face, these men play an important role in raising happy, healthy children. Readers are introduced to diverse representations of male characters, providing an experience that every child can relate to. Gardening, riding bikes, and even flying kites in the air!
