Jackie is currently an IT Trainer within the Education Department of her Local County Council (Vale of White Horse), and works as a volunteer for Age Concern teaching IT to older people. She graduated in Zoology from Oxford University and spent most of her career in education, first working as an administrator with the CBI before moving into University careers work.
