Anne Sheasby began her career devising recipes for Slimming magazine. She worked as the home economist for the Prestige Group then began a freelance career as a writer and consultant home economist writing nutritional features for a wide-range of magazines and books. Maggie Pannell is an experienced food and nutrition writer, with a keen interest in healthy eating, and trained as a home economist. From there she moved on to journalism. Now Maggie spends most of her time writing, and teaching. Fiona Hunter is a freelance nutritionist and food writer working for a number of women's magazines such as Good Housekeeping, Family Circle and Good Health as well as appearing on television and radio. She has also worked as a researcher on food allergies and for people with cancer, diabetes and HIV.
