Branton Shearer is a developmental psychologist and conducts workshops for teachers and school administrators interested in implementing MI theory. He is an instructor at Kent State University, and presents the results of his research at both national and international conferences. His MIDAS (Multiple Intelligences Development Scales) assessment has been translated into Spanish, Chinese, Arabic and Korean and has been completed by over 25,000 people worldwide. It is being used in schools throughout the US and in Jakarta, Indonesia and beyond. Mike Fleetham is an educational trainer, author and consultant who specializes in the practical infusion of new teaching methods into real classrooms. He was a classroom teacher for 10 years and has been an assistant head teacher in a large inner-city primary school.
