The New Legal Dynamics of European Union

It is the aim of this collection of essays to broaden the horizon of scholars, particularly those in law, by exploring from a range of theoretical positions the often unchallenged assumptions of the European Union, the Single Market, the institutions which have created and still control it, and the policies which continue to shape its future.
