Description
The purpose of this study was to explore the factors of an ERP system based on the use of the general systems theory. The general systems theory is applicable to this study because the leaders of a local government are attempting to assimilate multiple agents or end users into one computer system. The problem investigated in this study was at least 50% of all information technology failures are due to the implementation of ERP systems.
