Description
Book 3 in the Simply Trouble Series
Carlo Moretti, an Italian intelligence operative, is very good at his job. But when the latest operation goes sideways, putting his CIA counterpart's sister in danger; Carlo is asked to look after the woman. Babysitting is sometimes part of the job, so for Carlo, this is just another Thursday.
Doctor Alessandra Salvatore doesn't need a babysitter, nor does she have time to rearrange her life because her brother thinks she 'might' be in danger. And she definitely doesn't need the electrifying neurological reaction she has when she comes face to face with the Roman gladiator of a man sent to guard her.
Carlo and Alessandra have both worked tirelessly in their chosen professions, and neither has room for a relationship, no matter how undeniable the chaotic attraction.
From the terracotta rooftops of Rome to the remote jungles of South America, the two are thrust into a world of intrigue and sexual tension. Can they build something together or is it better to let the passion fizzle out and amicably part ways?
This book has some strong language, drinking and sex. Enjoy!

Legend has it that Nicole Sharp was born to hippies during an ice storm in Stone Mountain, Georgia. While confirmation of said events cannot be agreed upon, one fact is for certain, it was a Tuesday. By age twelve, Nicole was sure of two things. 1) She wanted to be a writer and 2) She wanted to travel. She begged her parents to allow her to voyage alone to exotic lands. She was allowed to go from California to Boise Idaho to visit a great-grandmother.In the course of her writing career, Nicole has been published in a smattering of literary magazines but these days, she swigs coffee the way a dehydrated sailor with scurvy would whiskey as she writes about Italy, love, coffee and the quirky adventures of fearless women. She lives in the Pacific Northwest with no houseplants and three pink stovetop espresso makers.
