Description
Tilted implants have been proposed as an alternative to traditional protocols in the rehabilitation of ¿edentulous ¿jaws.¿The evolution of tilted implants has occurred as a graftless solution by ¿avoiding the bone augmentation procedures and bypassing the anatomical ¿structures while achieving bicortical stabilization. ¿The tilting may also allow for improved cortical anchorage and primary stability as well as the use of a longer implant.
