Barney Barrett fell into English language teaching sometime in the mid 1990s after deciding that the life of an academic film critic was not for him after all. He spent half-a-year in Spain teaching in-company at a car component factory then returned to the UK to work at a Business English school in Stratford-on-Avon which has been his proper job ever since. Pete Sharma sometimes describes himself as wearing four different "hats". His first hat is a teaching hat. Pete's 23 years teaching business has taken him all over Europe, as well as to the Middle East and Far East. He enjoyed his stint on the BESIG Committee. Pete is now enjoying the challenge of EAP, working at Oxford Brookes University.
