Dr. Aseem Sharma , MD, DNB, MBA, FRCP (London), is the Director and Chief Dermatologist at Skin Saga Centre for Dermatology, Mumbai, India, Director at ADMIRE Academy, and President of the AIM (Admire Interventional Masterclass) Conference. He also serves as Series Editor for Springer Nature in aesthetic and procedural dermatology.
An internationally recognized dermatologist, trichologist, researcher, educator, and invited speaker, Dr. Sharma has authored more than 200 scientific publications and served as Chief Editor for 13 dermatology textbooks and compendiums. He has delivered over 1,000 invited lectures, keynote addresses, panel discussions, and workshops at leading national and international dermatology and aesthetic medicine meetings. His core academic interests include trichology, regenerative dermatology, PRP, exosomes, injectables, and procedural dermatology.
Dr. Sharma is a former Squadron Leader from the Indian Air Force and has also worked as a journalist with The New Delhi Times .
Dr. Madhulika Mhatre is a distinguished dermatologist with extensive experience in aesthetic dermatology and trichology. She holds an MBBS and an MD in Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprosy from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune, where she graduated with distinction and a gold medal. Dr. Mhatre further specialized in aesthetic medicine and lasers, completing her fellowship under the guidance of Dr. Venkataram Mysore at Venkat Charmalaya, Bangalore. Currently, Dr. Mhatre serves as a Consultant Dermatologist and Director at the Skin Saga Centre for Dermatology She has undergone advanced training in hair transplantation, vitiligo surgery, and has worked with notable dermatologists both domestically and internationally. Her academic contributions include numerous peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and her involvement in various national and international dermatology conferences as a speaker and panelist. In her editorial role, Dr. Mhatre was an active member of the editorial team for the Indian Journal of Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprology (IJDVL), and has contributed as a deputy editor and editorial assistant for several dermatology textbooks. She is currently the Founder Secretary for the Vitiligo Foundation on India. Her extensive experience and contributions to dermatology make her a prominent figure in the field, committed to advancing dermatological practice and education.
Dr. Drashti Devani , MBBS, DDV, is a Consultant dermatologist, working in Pune, India. She serves as the Associate Editor and Coordinator at ADMIRE Academy, where she is actively involved in academic initiatives, managing fellowships, and dermatology training programs.She is deeply committed to a holistic approach to patient care and has a particular interest in trichology, acne and acne scar management, and the integration of artificial intelligence in dermatology. Dr. Devani is actively involved with the Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists, and Leprologists (IADVL), contributing to various committees and receiving recognition for her work. She has been invited as faculty at multiple national dermatology conferences and regularly delivers lectures on clinical and academic dermatology topics. An enthusiastic learner and educator, Dr. Devani strongly believes in collaborative growth through teaching, discussion, and innovation in dermatology.
