Sharat Sharma, an officer of Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers, former Director Operations (2013-2017), DMRC and Government nominee director on the board of directors of Chennai and Kochi metro, is presently a freelance adviser to Government undertakings and private/multinational companies. He has wide experience of more than 42 years in metro and railway construction, operation and maintenance. He is known in the industry for innovative project management skills and successful turnaround of Delhi Airport Metro Express Pvt. Limited.
Amit Kumar Jain, Ph.D., is an Indian Railway Traffic Service Officer of 2000 batch presently working as General Manager for Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS), Ministry of Railways. He has 22 years of experience in Railway/Metro Operations, Management, Planning, Safety, Finance, Property Development, Project Appraisal, Contract Management, Fare Policies, PPP, Digital Transformation and use of AI/ML. He has authored books titled Exploring Life@2050 and Intelligent Transportation Systems.
Sankalp Devendra, is an Electrical Engineer and is working as Joint General Manager (Operations) in DMRC. He is having wide experience of 18 years in Metro Operations and Maintenance including planning and design for operations of Delhi Metro and other Indian Metros, viz., Mumbai, Patna, and foreign metro (Dhaka). He is also working as International Consultant (Train Operation Expert) for consultancy services for detailed design, tender assistance, and supervision for Dhaka Mass Rapid Transit Development Project.
