Bernhard F. Seyr, born in 1976, is the Director General of the European Association for Knowledge Economy (EURECO). He holds doctorates in Educational Sciences from the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg and in Social and Economic Sciences from the Johannes Kepler University Linz. He subsequently earned his habilitation in Economics and Organizational Sciences at the University of Sopron, where he was appointedhonorary professor.
