1997 ICC Rules of Arbitration

This work provides a detailed commentary on the 1998 ICC Rules of Arbitration. Each rule is annotated and discussed separately to elucidate both its general objectives and its detailed meaning, conditions and consequences. Discussion of each rule includes examples from the actual practice of ICC tribunals and state courts. Precedent forms are included in an extensive appendix.
