The Awakening Year

This book is based on the first year of a training course leading to the qualification of Registered Gestalt Psychotherapist. It contains an explanation and discussion of the key concepts of gestalt psychotherapy, with particular reference to the author's observation and experience. It explores the ways in which our patterns of thought and responses are formed at an early age, and shows how an awareness of these influences can make possible changes in attitude, and lead to a fuller and richer life.
