His research interests are in complex scheduling problems, production planning in the process industries and preventive maintenance planning.Jürgen Zimmermann is Chair of Operations Research and Director of the Technical Management program at Clausthal University of Technology. He has received his PhD and habilitation degree in Operations Research from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. He is member of the Program Committee for the International Conferences on Project Management and Scheduling.
