Human Suggestibility

This book is a collection of papers that reflect advances in our knowledge of human suggestibility. While any discussion of suggestibility necessarily overlaps with the topic of hypnosis, this volume also deals with suggestibility in relation to a range of topics including mental illness, advertising, education, self-deception, forensics, political persuasion and the biological aspects of the suggestion process (for example, the effects of suggestion on the immune system).
