Selected Scenarios in Organizational Learning

Research on and empirical investigations of learning processes of SMEs are underrepresented in organizational learning literature. The editors aim to identify various types of learning processes in different small and medium-sized enterprises.

This book is the result of the research project "Small Business Training and Compentitiveness: Building Case Studies in Different European Cultural Contexts" of the Department of General Management and Management Control at the University of Economics and Business Administration, Vienna.
