Description
Entitlement has become a modern epidemic, eroding accountability, stifling growth, and weakening communities. Unreasonable Responsibility is the antidote. Leadership expert Joe Sanders delivers a bold call to action, showing how a radical embrace of responsibility can transform organizations and society as a whole.
With clarity and conviction, Sanders diagnoses the "disease of entitlement," revealing how it takes root and why it spreads so easily. He offers a practical prescription for leaders who want to break free from its grip and unlock their full potential across three essential spheres: personal, relational, and societal.
Through compelling insights and real-world applications, Unreasonable Responsibility provides a blueprint for executives, coaches, parents, and clergy dedicated to influencing others. Sanders challenges leaders to disrupt systems that foster entitlement and replace them with cultures of purpose, ownership, and growth.
For those ready to confront complacency and lead with courage, Unreasonable Responsibility lights the way forward.
