Oscar Smith is Hover Boy! He can hover three feet off the ground - even higher if he really puts his mind to it. Hovering is fun, but being different sometimes makes Oscar feel lonely. Until the day he's sent to the School Of Greatly Gifted Youth, where everyone is special - except bully boy, Banger McGrath.
