Basic Community Cases

This collection of cases, compiled by the co-editor of "Basic Community Laws", will provide students with an aid, which not only gives a carefully selected collection of leading European Community Cases, but also important commentary, criticism, and guidance. Given the complexity and density of many of the judgements, this book aims to help students by offering instruction on the most effective way to tackle this subject generally and the judgements specifically. It is intended for students of European Community Law and teachers of EEC law.
