A girl runs away from her village in Bihar and disappears into the wild. There, she meets a man who calls himself Gandhi, a stranger who vanishes when the forest burns.

She wakes up naked in the ashes and he's gone.

Back in the city, she tries to start over. But someone is following her in the metro. Someone who knows her name.
