Somatic Cells and Milk of Small Ruminants

This text concerns research in dairy sheep and goat raising in Europe. The papers presented at this Symposium deal with the many general problems of raising and keeping small ruminants. Special attention is paid to somatic cells, animal health and dairy product quality. The book should be of interest to researchers, extension officers, students and farm managers who are involved with or interested in small ruminants.
