Jae Young Lee is Assistant Professor of in the Department of Education Technology at Ewha Womans University, South Korea, specializing in Human Resource Development (HRD) and Organization Development (OD). She serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Educational Science and as an Associate Editor for New Horizons in Adult Education and Human Resource Development .
