Corey Rosen has a Ph.D. in politics from Cornell University. He co-founded the NCEO in 1981 and is now its executive director. Before joining the center, he taught government at Ripon College and was a professional staff member of the U.S. Senate. He is the co-author of Employee Ownership in America: The Equity Solution and Taking Stock: Employee Ownership at Work. Karen M. Young has an M.A. in organizational management from George Washington University. A co-founder of the NCEO, she now heads the center's employee involvement work and is its managing director. Before becoming associated with the center, she was a staff member of the U.S. Senate. She is the co-author of Employee Ownership in America and editor of ESOPs in Public Companies.
