Marco De Maggio holds a Ph.D. from the Euro-Mediterranean Incubator in Business Innovation Leadership of Scuola Superiore ISUFI University of Salento (Italy) where he is currently a Researcher. In 2007, he was a visiting Ph.D. student at the MIT Sloan Center for Digital Business. His research concerns the development of methodologies for the analysis and management of learning patterns within organizations and communities of practice. Currently, he's involved in the development of an interdisciplinary approach and competence development models in higher and management education (e-mail: marco.demaggio@ebms.unile.it).
Pasquale Del Vecchio holds a Ph.D. from the Euro-Mediterranean Incubator in Business Innovation Leadership of Scuola Superiore ISUFI University of Salento (Italy) where he is currently a Researcher. In 2007, he was a visiting Ph.D. student at the MIT Sloan Center for Digital Business. His research is focused on Social Network Analysis applications to virtual communities enabled by the use of Web 2.0 tools, mainly in marketing. Currently, he's involved in research activities focused on interdisciplinary and competence-based learning approaches to Business Management (e-mail: pasquale.delvecchio@ebms.unile.it).
Attilio Di Giovanni holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electric Engineering from the University of 'La Sapienza' in Rome, Italy. He is Vice President of Technology Development for Finmeccanica Corporation. His main responsibilities are in the area of technology governance of the Finmeccanica Group. He's worked in management positions within the different companies of the Finmeccanica Group (e-mail: attilio.digiovanni@finmeccanica.com).
Gianluca Elia holds a MSc from the Euro-Mediterranean Incubator in Business Innovation Leadership of Scuola Superiore ISUFI University of Salento (Italy) where he is the coordinator of the research activities in Learning, Innovation and Value Network. He is also a Researcher at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Salento.
Francesca Grippa holds a Ph.D. and a MSc from the Euro-Mediterranean Incubator in Business Innovation Leadership of Scuola Superiore ISUFI University of Salento (Italy) where she is currently a Researcher. In 2005 and 2006, she was a visiting Ph.D. student at the MIT Sloan Center for Digital Business. Her research interests include the application of Social Network Analysis to business and learning communities (e-mail: francesca.grippa@ebms.unile.it).
Alessandro Margherita holds a Ph.D. and a MSc from the Euro-Mediterranean Incubator in Business Innovation Leadership of Scuola Superiore ISUFI University of Salento (Italy) where currently he is a Researcher. Giuseppina Passiante is Full Professor of Innovation Management at the Department of Innovation Engineering of the University of Salento (Italy).She is coordinator of the research area on Open Networked Business Management at the Euro-Mediterranean Incubator in Business Innovation Leadership of Scuola Superiore ISUFI University of Salento (Italy).
Giustina Secundo holds a MSc from the Euro-Mediterranean Incubator in Business Innovation Leadership of Scuola Superiore ISUFI University of Salento (Italy), where currently she is Researcher. She's currently involved in the design and experimentation of innovative methodologies and technology platforms to support higher education and corporate learning processes.
