Description
If you're trying to be all things to all people, juggling work overload with multiple caring responsibilities for younger and older generations, the chances are the one person you're not looking after is you.
At work, you might be struggling to get a promotion, facing redundancy, or just feeling stuck or bored. Maybe your relationship is less happy than it was, or close friendships are dissolving, and on top of it all, come the challenges of menopause. It's overwhelming, you feel it can't go on - and it doesn't have to.
Your Time helps you identify what's been holding you back, whether it's old ways of thinking from your childhood, that 'impostor' voice in your head you can't banish or conflicts you have been avoiding.
For over three decades, Jenny Rogers has enabled women to find their unique voice and speak up, galvanize their careers, repair their relationships (and help them find new ones), and show them what they are truly capable of. And now she will do that for you, too.
For too long it's been all about other people - now it's all about you.
