Cora McLachlan is a close personal friend of the Queen of Hell. That's not to say that she isn't a normal person, of course. In fact, she owns a bakery in the small town of Anvil, Virginia. She is also responsible for watching over Queen Lilith's animals, and she's admittedly grown attached to them while they've been in her care.
