At the age of 25, Tessa Roberts started on what turned out to be a long journey of education. She spent two years in the School of Herbal Medicine, then qualified in Nutritional Medicine, Therapeutic Massage, Nursing for Health Care Support Workers, and Horticultural Therapy, also completing a BSc in Nutrition. She has also spent some time as a retail manager of a leading health food store. She has drawn on each of these experiences in writing this book and the many accumulated through the years of working as a private therapist.
She lives in Wales and enjoys gardening, crafts and good food.
