Contentious Costs

Written by a practising law costs draftsman, this work aims to provide practitioners with an easy-to-use guide to preparing an order for costs that reflect the work that has been put into it. Advice is given on a variety of topics, ranging from efficient file management to the wording of the actual order for costs itself. Checklists and sample forms are included, as well as precedents and the 1988 Practice Direction relating to divorce costs.
