The text is a wonderful and dynamic approach to enriching the rewards of teaching, whether the educator is brand new or has years of teaching experience. I believe that the tips and conversation "leads" provided by the the text are excellent examples for use in college classes geared to educate the teachers of the future. The text does an excellent job in the integration of research on teaching translated into a practical approach of how to work with children in the classroom to improve their achievement levels.
