DIANE RICHARDSON is Professor of Sociology at Newcastle University, UK. She is the author of many books including Rethinking Sexuality (Sage 2000), Theorising Heterosexuality (Open University Press 1996) and co-editor of Intersections Between Feminist and Queer Theory. Dr VICTORIA ROBINSON is Senior Lecturer in Sociology at the University of Sheffield, UK, and has taught women's and gender studies since the 1980's. She has published widely in the areas of masculinities, heterosexualities and women's and gender studies.
