Living with the Physical Environment

Through an examination of environmental systems, this text encourages students to look at the physical processes which affect and are affected by human activities. Studies include Mt St Helens, the Nevado del Ruiz volcanic eruptions, the Mexican earthquake and the Valtellina Valley landslide.
