Jim Rees is Managing Director of Ripple Leadership Ltd., a company that focuses on maximising potential at individual, team and organisational levels, working with many FTSE 100 companies across Europe. At 16 he became the youngest ethical buyer in Australia and then spent 13 years in sales and sales management in the pharmaceutical industry. Jim combines being a parent of six children with his business and sports careers, which include numerous Ironman Triathlons around the world and, more recently, the Race Across America in 2005 as captain of Team Inspiration. Jim believes that we are all built for greatness, and, as an author, keynote speaker, and performance coach he's doing everything he can to prove it.
