Dr Paul Redmond is one of the country s leading experts on graduate recruitment markets. An experienced writer and speaker and careers practitioner, Paul has presented at numerous events and symposia around the world and his articles have featured in most leading national newspapers. His research into generational theory, including the phenomenon of Generation Y and helicopter parenting , has led to numerous appearances on TV and radio. Paul s research brings him into contact with many leading graduate recruiters many of whom he has spoken to during the course of writing this book. In addition to being head of Careers and Employability at the University of Liverpool, Paul is an elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and Vice- President of the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services.
