Robert O'Neill is Principal Economist at the Information Commissioner's Office, UK. Previously, he was a lecturer in economics at the University of Manchester, UK, where he researched and taught quantitative economics. Before that, he taught at Huddersfield University, UK, and worked at the Office for National Statistics, UK.
