Participatory Approach

In participatory approach to second or foreign language teaching and learning, students actively engage in their own learning process and collaborate with others to achieve their goals. Also,the method encourages the growth of student interdependence , responsibility , interpersonal skills , and cognitive and critical thinking skills . Adopting a Socio-cultural perspective, participation in collaborative learning tasks can influence EFL students' academic achievement in terms of overall English proficiency.
