Description
The objective of the effort described in this book was to create the ultimate all-inclusive, low-cost winding machine that will benefit SME industries. Spindles can be wound using thread, and various transformer and electric motor types are also possible. Paper can also be rolled with it. This user-controlled, completely automatic winding machine features smart protections against incorrect winding. This device will simplify the task by combining numerous modes for various types of winding into a single system. As part of this project, we also plan to create a system using a "ATmega2560" microcontroller to monitor and control the machine's operation and set the necessary mode for the desired winding. The method demonstrated a better performance in relation to the investment and even demonstrated the rectification of various winding errors. This even enables the possibility of developing other similar equipment and technologies in the near future.
