Family Legislation Service

Family Legislation Service is a complete compendium of Irish family law statutes and statutory instruments. It consolidates family and child law legislation, court rules and statutory resources concerning family law. This looseleaf service consolidates all relevant statutes. Each statute will be updated to reflect its actual legislative content as amendments are passed, and will be published with a general note. Arranged in chronological order, a text of relevant instruments is also provided. Division I contains all important family and child primary legislation; Division II contains court rules and statutory instruments; and Division III appendices additional information for family law practitioners.
