The book covers all the core topics of Land law, using a mixture of academic law coverage and worked practice examples in a unique chapter structure which presents LLB/ SQE1 and SQE2/ practice aspects as freestanding units. At the beginning of each topic, the book sets out 'at-a-glance' summaries of the key principles. These key points are then developed through explanatory commentary, flow charts and diagrams, and worked practice examples. Chapters end with summaries and suggestions for further thinking and research, as well as how those ideas might be implemented into student work or practice examples.
